SMS Alert Program — Terms and Conditions

Program description
Supply Chain Management, LLC operates an internal SMS alerting program that notifies designated employees when a monitored business or production system reaches a condition requiring immediate action — for example a production database nearing storage capacity, unprocessed inbound electronic data interchange (EDI) documents at end of day, or inventory and inbound rail conditions requiring a same-day response. Messages are generated automatically by a monitoring service and are sent only when a condition begins or clears. This program is operational in nature. It is not used for marketing or promotional messaging, and it is not offered to customers or the general public.
Who receives messages
Participation is limited to employees and authorized contractors of Supply Chain Management, LLC who are responsible for responding to the monitored conditions. There is no public enrollment and no self-service sign-up. A participant provides their mobile number directly to a system administrator, who assigns that participant to specific alert types based on their job responsibilities. The recipient list is maintained manually by the administrator in application configuration.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies because messages are event-driven. Typical volume is fewer than 15 messages per day across all recipients.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Supply Chain Management, LLC does not charge participants for these messages; charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility.
How to cancel (STOP)
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from this program. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also request removal by contacting the administrator at Support@sc-man.com.

Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers collected for this program are used solely to deliver operational alerts to authorized personnel. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Statement for details.
